We aim to respond to all email enquiries within one business day. Enterprise and partnership enquiries are prioritised for same-day responses during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CET).

I have a technical issue. What should I include?

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include: your account email, a description of what you were trying to do, what happened instead, any error messages you saw, and (if possible) your browser and device type.

Can I book a demo or call?

Yes. For Enterprise enquiries we are happy to schedule a call. Email us at hello@reputationscorecard.ai with "Demo Request" in the subject line and your availability, and we will find a time that works.

Do you have a bug bounty programme?

We take security seriously. If you have discovered a security vulnerability, please email us directly at hello@reputationscorecard.ai with "Security Disclosure" in the subject line. We will respond within 24 hours.
